Designed and developed a bespoke, high-fidelity game-based learning experience for a Fortune 500 client. The simulation placed learners inside a richly branched environment where decisions had real consequences — driving engagement, emotional investment, and measurable knowledge transfer that traditional courseware couldn't achieve.
Twitch Interactive / Amazon
Led the end-to-end redesign of technical onboarding for software engineers at Twitch. Built immersive learning frameworks with instructional scaffolding, performance analytics, and data-driven iteration cycles. The result: a measurable collapse in ramp-up time and a learner satisfaction increase that demonstrated the business case for investing in LXD at the platform level.
U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services
Developed a suite of healthcare compliance training for HHS using AI-generated voiceovers and synthetic avatars — dramatically accelerating production without sacrificing instructional integrity. All content met IACET compliance standards and Section 508 accessibility requirements. This project defined a repeatable production model now used across subsequent federal engagements.
Vyond (GoAnimate) & Frontdoor
Two distinct projects that share a design philosophy: learning that responds to the learner. For Vyond, designed the comprehensive global certification program for their web-based video production tool — establishing proficiency benchmarks adopted by their worldwide user base. For Frontdoor, architected personalized compliance training using complex branching scenarios with real-time performance-based adaptations.
