I started my career as an e-learning developer at ELB Learning — building bespoke, high-fidelity courseware for Fortune 500 clients and earning a Brandon Hall Award for Excellence in Learning for best use of games and simulation. That award-winning instinct for craft has defined every role since.

Over 15 years I've designed learning for some of the most demanding environments around: high-stakes healthcare compliance at HHS, field-tech safety and sales at Terminix, global certification programs for Vyond, rigorous ADDIE-based digital modules for Ally Financial and USAA, and immersive technical onboarding at Twitch that reduced time to first engineering contribution to under 30 days.

What sets my work apart isn't just the tools — it's the discipline behind them. Deep roots in ADDIE and SAM, fluency in xAPI and learning analytics, and a growing practice around AI-enhanced multimedia production that cuts timelines without cutting quality. I also bring a secondary lens in organizational change that helps me design learning that actually gets adopted — not just completed.

Currently finishing a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Learning at the University of Louisville (4.0 GPA, expected 2026), with an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Kentucky beginning January 2027.
